Bill Fay – Garden Song
Now this is very old, but I only heard it this year after being sent his new album, and so buying the back catalogue. And as lovely as his new songs are, it’s this one that has got me by the lapels. ‘Lasting relations with greenfly, spider, or maggot.’ And that orchestration. Procul harum ish, esque?Thanks, Bill.

Bought the initial CD reissue Of Bill’s first two albums many years back and was blown away upon first listening; yeah, those strings will floor anyone with even a quarter pulse.
