Day 4

April 4, 2013

Lost in music. From Japan to Jupiter as I seem to be singing on loop. Guitars orbiting, delays spinning. Feeling a bit Cockette-ish. So here’s a photo of that crazed San Francisco troupe. Another inspiration.

Wow! On the death of Margaret Thatcher I decided to go browsing for Kitchens – and here you are putting out a new record!

Gone World Gone, Under the Sky, Elephantine, Aspray… these are a few of my favorite things.

Saw you in Grand Rapids on Death of Cool and later met you post-show at the Intersection. Looking forward to your new record and wish you well with your health.

Maggie dies on my dads birthday of all days…..
Sweden needs a new KOD release to compensate for the awful times we live in regarding other music. Sweden is said to have great music producers but all they do is sell songs to american teens wasting away on drugs. It is kids music we hear these days about absolutely nothing. Songs about chewing gum singing like a Disney cartoon.
    Help us Patrick!

Whoa… the Cockettes! How does a young Tooting lad find out about such worldly phenomena? 😉

John Compton just passed away last year after an illustrious career in dance, including an early star turn in the Cockettes.

Here’s to the mad and the young at heart.
